Horstmann Close was envisaged as a charming townhouse development at an infilled quarry site in Bath. The developers Crest Nicholson had the green light to proceed with construction when it became clear the plans were significantly flawed.

SRA worked under significant time and budget pressures to refine a full working drawing package that was buildable and achievable. As lead consultant we then oversaw the construction, meeting tight deadlines. The client’s original vision of tall, elegant townhouses clad in Bath stone was fulfilled.
