Located at the heart of the Silverstone Technology Cluster on the Northamptonshire / Buckinghamshire border, Silverstone Park is a centre for high-tech manufacturing and engineering innovation. The ‘Phase 3’ development is the latest in a series of projects at the Park, completed in June 2022, and is already fully let, including over 270,000sq ft of research and development (B1b), light industrial (B1c), general industrial (B2) and storage and distribution (B8) buildings.

At 16.78 acres, the site includes four buildings (five tenancies), ranging in size from 28,000sq ft to 90,000sq ft, designed to incorporate the architectural language of the wider Park with a clear, crisp palette of simple, well detailed materials and colours. Both uncomplicated and contemporary in appearance, the mixture of cladding materials and feature red motifs gives dynamism and focus to the principle entrances establishing a dialogue between the buildings which have been designed to be open-plan and flexible for a variety of tenant needs.
