New Associates

Part of the ethos at SRA is helping our staff to grow and develop in their careers.  We are delighted to announce that three of team have accepted promotions to Associate.  Emma McDermott, Matt Slinn and Melissa Todman are stepping into the role which will see them increase their involvement in the daily management of the practice.

Emma, Matt and Melissa will continue to lead projects across a number of sectors, ensuring we continue to provide the best possible service to our clients. 

As the practice continues to grow, our Associates play a vital role in championing key aspects of the business, alongside supporting staff through our Fika programme, which focusses on the wellbeing of each member of staff, through an informal, one-to-one discussion.

The Partners have no doubt that Emma, Matt and Melissa will thrive in their new roles and look forward to working with them to take the practice forward.
