Plans submitted for exciting new agritech facility for the Royal Agricultural University

The SRA team have submitted a planning application for a new agritech building for the Royal Agricultural University (RAU) in Harnhill, Cirencester.

Ideally situated in prime Cotswold farmland the new building will provide affordable, flexible co-working and workshop spaces for start-up companies, and facilities for testing new equipment. It will sit within the footprint of an existing barn and complement the rural farm setting.

This new development is the first in a series of projects working with the RAU’s new business Farm 491, which aims to push the boundaries of agritech.

We are thoroughly enjoying working with the RAU. We are looking forward to moving forward on this exciting project which will facilitate the future development of agricultural technologies.
