Celebrating Practical Completion at 141 Park Drive, Milton Park

The third building in MEPC’s speculative development at Milton Park, Building 141, has reached practical completion at the Oxfordshire Business & Science Park.

Park Drive East comprises three buildings, 141, 142 and 143, and offers over 110,000 sqft of flexible office and laboratory space. It’s one of the region’s largest speculative developments; we have been working with MEPC for a number of years to design and construct suitable buildings for the area, and the completion of Building 141 is a big milestone in the overall development of best-in-class, well-located office and laboratory space in Oxfordshire.

A quote from David Beckett, partner and lead on the scheme, was featured in MEPC’s original press release. He said:

“MEPC understands the value of providing attractive and adaptable workspaces that fully cater for the broad range of operational needs of its occupiers. 141 is a prime example of this ethos, as it has been designed to provide a range of suites from 5,000 sqft up to 14,000 sqft to meet the needs of thriving high-tech science and technology companies.

“As well as achieving BREEAM ‘Excellent’ environmental accreditation and an EPC ‘A’ energy rating, this striking building has been designed to reflect the British Council for Offices ‘Best Practice’ and provide a highly flexible  design solution that can cater for the needs of  a wide range of laboratory and office occupiers.”
