New video discussing our designs for Bridgemead Care Home

We recently spoke to Geoff Weekes, the Chair of the Trustees at Bridge Care, about planning for the future at Bridgemead Care Home. We discussed the success of the current care home, as well as what’s being done to safeguard and improve the current resident’s quality of life.

We also chatted to Architect Emma McDermott, who spoke about Bridge Care’s specific needs for the project and how we collaborated with them to overcome the difficulties of the potential flooding of the River Avon.

The building is located within the B&NES Conservation area, and a carefully considered design process was required to ensure the proposals discussed in this video were both complementary and contextual to the surrounding area.

We look forward to working with Bridge Care in the future to ensure that Bridgemead remains at the heart of the care community in the local area for years to come.
