Brentwood Gateway Park is a new green business park, putting landscape at the heart of a community of diverse occupiers.

SRA are delighted to have secured outline planning permission for the masterplan development of Brentwood Gateway Park with Cambria Property, a key location in the creation of the Central Brentwood Growth Corridor.

The vision for Brentwood Gateway Park masterplan is to create a structured landscape led, mixed use business park, providing signature buildings for prestigious motor retail brands and flexible accommodation for new businesses and employers.

This urban design masterplan strategy is a strong and simple landscape scheme, which is distinctive, interconnected and prioritises accessible green spaces. The quality architecture and urban design plays a key role in the creation of a strong sense of community, and an attractive and permeable public realm that encourages pedestrian and cycle transport routes.

We are excited to take this scheme forward and begin the detailed design of the first plots.
