A flagship building for a global brand

Located at a dynamic interchange, with both the North Circular and Edgware Road flyovers adjacent to the site, the design reimagines the Jaguar Land Rover ARCH concept standards to accommodate a five storey premium showroom with associated workshop facilities.
The building provides over 8,000sqm of accommodation arranged around a central atrium to draw customers up through the showroom. At each level the primary aspect of the building is rotated to address key approaches from the north, south and east providing a strong brand presence at each of these.
With work currently scheduled to start on site in April 2017 we look forward to seeing another project through to a successful completion.
