Planning consent granted for 110,000 sqft of new office and science space at Milton Park

With increasing numbers of businesses wishing to join Milton Park, Oxfordshire’s leading science and business community, SRA have been working closely with MEPC’s development team to create highly adaptable buildings. The designs will cater for a broad range of innovative science, office and technology occupiers.
As well as ensuring maximum flexibility, the proposed buildings have been designed to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’. The scheme comprises a variety of suites ranging from 4,000 sqft up to 41,500 sqft.
This visually distinctive and thoughtfully practical development demonstrates MEPC’s post-Brexit market confidence. Due for completion in late 2017, it is MEPC’s largest speculative development on the Park to date.
