Building 95 at Milton Park open for business

We are delighted to announce that another project that we have designed for MEPC at their premium Business Park is now complete. The finishing touches are currently being made in readiness for the building to be added to their ever-expanding portfolio of prime developments situated within the Oxfordshire business community.

For this project, creating the sense of well-being within the working environment was a key driver. Large windows, a triple height entrance foyer and a large top-lit central atrium provide exceptional levels of natural light. Through a truly collaborative process, best-practice design has been achieved that attains BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC ‘B’ ratings.

The striking development, which was shortlisted for ‘Project of the Year’ at the 2018 OxPROP Awards, was delivered within a tight budget and programme. Adaptability and sustainability were essential components of the brief to ensure that the building can cater for the ever changing requirements of the innovative companies that choose to be located at Milton Park.
